At Red Wagon Institute, we help teams and individuals become the best they can be.
We train teams of all sizes, locations, job types & titles, and each of our classes is designed to grow attendees personally and professionally.
We structure each class on our core principles for success: determination, enthusiasm, concentration, and patience. We help teams discover that, when lived in balance, these core principles unlock the greatness inside each person and each team.

Adult Learning
Each of our classes is highly experiential and are designed to engage the four types of adult learners as outlined by David Kolb: AE active experimentation, CE concrete experience, RO reflective observation, AC abstract conceptualization.
We meet learners where they are and help them to unlock their potential, as individuals and as teams.

From Managing to Leading
This course takes managing to the higher level of leading, with four distinct sections on trust, roles, better decision-making, and our 3/6/1/5 goal-setting technique. Perfect for any employee at any level.
Moonshot
How big do you dare to dream, and how will you push through what you think is holding you back? This course pushes attendees to think and reach big.
Curing Cantcer
This class pushes attendees to remove can’t from their vocabulary and to re-focus on what’s possible with the full power of determination, enthusiasm, concentration, and patience.
Recharge
Recharges are designed to remind teams of what they learned in previous courses and to re-infuse their energy.

Paul Speirs-Hernandez
Paul has been in the gaming industry since 1994 and is also the owner of the marketing consultation firm Steinbeck Communications. He is an internationally published writer and has spoken at several conferences across the U.S. He co-wrote the “Inspiring Our World” diversity production show for MGM Resorts International, and co-created a state-wide training program for the NV State Democratic Party. He was also a founding board member of the Yellow Pants Project, a leadership program for Las Vegas high school students. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University.

Bette Gaines Snyder
Bette had an epic career at MGM Grand, first as an HR Training Facilitator for New Hire Orientation and adjunct faculty member for the MGM Grand University and culminated as Executive Director of Special Events. She was also the first winner of the Terry Lanni Award. She volunteers as a Smith Center Teaching Artist for the Disney Musicals in Schools program and was a founding member of the Yellow Pants Project. She is also a long-time facilitator for Guardian Quest. Her unbridled passion and enthusiasm inspire attendees to shoot for the moon!

Josh Speirs-Hernandez
Josh has a passion for leadership and has trained for some of the biggest names in the retail business. He has nearly 20 years of experience in leading and training diverse teams and was influential in developing the Red Wagon Institute curriculum. He has created and deployed training programs for teams of various sizes throughout the country. He is also a native Spanish speaker and can deliver any of our courses in Spanish.
