Paul is founder, president, and master trainer and is also the owner of the marketing consultation firm Steinbeck Communications. He has more than 35 years of experience in gaming and hospitality industries, has trained for some of the gaming industry's largest and most recognizable brands, is an internationally published writer, and has spoken at several conferences across the U.S. He co-wrote the "Inspiring Our World" diversity production show for MGM Resorts International and co-created a state-wide training program in Nevada. He was also a founding board member of the Yellow Pants Project, a leadership program for Las Vegas high school students. He holds an MA in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a B.S. in Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations from Southern Utah University (Summa Cum Laude). He is also a certified trainer for Everything DiSC and for Taking Flight with DISC.
Bette had an epic career at MGM Grand, first as an HR Training Facilitator for New Hire Orientation and adjunct faculty member for the MGM Grand University and culminated as Executive Director of Special Events. She was also the first winner of the Terry Lanni Award. She volunteers as a Smith Center Teaching Artist for the Disney Musicals in Schools program and was a founding member of the Yellow Pants Project. She is also a long-time facilitator for Guardian Quest. Her unbridled passion and enthusiasm inspire attendees to shoot for the moon!

Josh has a passion for leadership and has trained for some of the biggest names in the retail business. He has nearly 20 years of experience in leading and training diverse teams and was influential in developing the Red Wagon Institute curriculum. He has created and deployed training programs for teams of various sizes throughout the country. He is also a native Spanish speaker and can deliver any of our courses in Spanish.
