The Red Wagon Institute Team is comprised of experienced leaders and facilitators who all have one goal in mind: to help you be the very best you can be. Each team member is carefully chosen and to be a part of Red Wagon Institute to help you and your team become the best you can be through adult leadership training and experiential learning.

Paul Speirs-Hernandez, Master Trainer

Paul Speirs-Hernandez
Paul's passion for people drove him to create Red Wagon Institute. He is also the founder of the marketing firm Steinbeck Communications. He is an internationally published writer and has spoken at several conferences across the US. A native of the Salt Lake area, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University. Outside of work, he volunteers for a variety of organizations, including the Highlands Games, NV Dems, and Yellow Pants Project.
Bette Gaines-Snyder, Master Facilitator

Bette Gaines-Snyder
Bette had an epic career at MGM Grand, first as an HR Training Facilitator for New Hire Orientation and adjunct faculty member for the MGM Grand University and culminated as Executive Director of Special Events. She volunteers as a Smith Center Teaching Artist for the Disney Musicals in Schools program and is a founding member of the Yellow Pants Project. Her unbridled passion and enthusiasm inspire attendees to shoot for the moon!
Josh Speirs-Hernandez, Trainer/Facilitator
Josh Speirs-Hernandez
Josh has a passion for leadership and has trained for some of the biggest names in the retail business. He has nearly 20 years of experience in leading and training diverse teams and was influential in developing the Red Wagon Institute curriculum. A Southern California native, he draws his creative inspiration from the arts and fashion.
